Chef Patrick Blackman Wins Fab5 Business Leader Award
Congratulations to Patrick Blackman, Executive Chef at our Coltivare culinary center, on his recognition as the "Business Leader of the Year" winner as part of the ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ Connect 6th Annual Fab5 Young Professional Awards. The award, which will be presented at a virtual ceremony March 5, honors Chef Patrick for his tremendous dedication to his craft, rising from line cook to adjunct faculty and eventually executive. His leadership role has helped see the restaurant through the unprecedented the challenges of the past year.
