Dale Jacobs Named Employee of the Month

Building Maintenance Worker Dale Jacobs is the ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ Cortland Community College Employee of the Month for October. 

Jacobs is described as super helpful, a hard worker, and someone who is always willing to help when needed. Nominators cited how he is often one of the employees called in when there is an emergency, and that he keeps a positive attitude even when we hearing complaints about the temperatures in the building. Others noted his willingness to works beyond his schedule when praising his willingness to jump in and fix a problem.

The Employee of the Month program recognizes individuals who exemplify the values and mission of the College with their outstanding service and attitude. Nominations for the award are accepted from students, staff, or members of the community.

As the Employee of the Month, Allen receives a gift certificate to a local business, a TC3 Employee of the Month tumbler, and exclusive use of the Employee of the Month parking spot.
