Non-campus related materials designed for posting or distribution at ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ Cortland Community College are guaranteed First Amendment protection, except when such materials interfere with the academic process. Materials which promote drug and/or alcohol abuse or unlawful activities will not be accepted for posting or distribution.
The Board of Trustees authorizes the administration of the College to implement this policy.
